RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyer:
(1) inspect the vessel to Buyer's satisfaction (see specifications)
(2) transfer purchsase price US$59,500 to Seller's ABN-AMRO account.
(3) labor and materials for any refit desired
Seller:
(1) deliver to Buyer a USCG Documentation without restriction or indebtedness and a USCG Bill of Sale upon receipt of funds
(2) provide written delegation of authority for the Buyer to take the vessel out of the D.R.
(3) advise and assist Buyer with knowledge of the boat, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.

Tidak Apa is ready to live aboard or to go cruising, but Buyer may also rent our apartment while deciding, or travel this beautiful country, or go looking for the girl on a motorcycle ( elsewhere on these pages).
